Pros

The company offers strong exposure to leadership and meaningful cross-functional collaboration. In this role, there are opportunities to build and refine processes, enhance reporting, and contribute to operational improvements. Employees are trusted with ownership and autonomy, which allows you to make a visible impact. The culture is collaborative, and leadership is receptive to feedback and new ideas. It’s a good environment for professionals who enjoy working in a growing organization and helping strengthen infrastructure as the company scales.

Cons

As with many growing companies, processes continue to evolve and priorities can shift as the business scales. This can occasionally require flexibility and adaptability. Continued investment in systems and role clarity will further support efficiency as the organization grows.

Challenging but rewarding

Pros

If you are looking for an opportunity to really stretch yourself and take on a variety of different roles, this is the place. It is a great mix of both tech startup mentality pushing for growth along with driving towards clinical care and outcomes. Leadership is constantly looking to see what is possible and equipping individuals with cutting edge tools to make it a reality

Cons

Be ready to be pushed to your limit as Cadence expects the best. In a classic startup mentality, everyone is wearing multiple hats and balancing priorities, so days can be overwhelming and are definitely not the standard 9 to 5.

Pros

- Company has over doubled in size this year - High growth and velocity - Very low attrition rates across the corporate and technical teams - Very high talent density across the board at the company - Company is very mission aligned - you are helping to save lives in the work you do and it's very rewarding - Modern tech stack - Lots of hiring happening in the technical organization - Company gives annual compensation increases based on market data (no B.S. performance reviews based comp) I've read some of the other reviews on this site and they seem a little disconnected from my experience at the company. A lot of people talking about burnout, but I can't recall ever seeing someone to be asked to work nights and weekends. Think some people just aren't meant for startups - it's not a huge corporation where you can coast by without getting your work done.

Cons

- Benefits used to be bad when the company was smaller but have improved significantly over the past two years
