-The people. They are Cadent's best asset. -Hybrid schedule -DE&l initiatives -Decent pay -Nice office

Cons

-Culture really took a nose dive. Hostile and toxic leaders at the top, poor follow through on company and HR initiatives, no clear company direction. Upper management extremely out of touch. -Tech is dated for a "Tech company" -Poor work/life balance. Long hours. -Pressure to RTO 3+ days a week. -Insanely expensive benefits -Unbalanced hierarchy. They hand out VP titles like Halloween candy, often to those who should not be in positions of leadership.

Good healthcare, free snacks, unlimited PTO

Cons

You will be using the healthcare plan a lot if you work here. Toxic management and leadership style, especial on the go-to-market side of the business. Horrific treatment of women in the workplace. Zero regard for employee health and capacity.
