Close to home and commute was easy especially during bad weather.

Cons

Administration did not listen to nurses, CNA's, pay rate subpar, resident to CNA ratio was ridiculous and it was impossible to get work done without cutting corners

Job is close to home, a decent pay and I work the day shift.

Cons

Management does not communicate with the staff; doesn't care how they feel about certain issues. And there is a lot of inequality when it comes to rules and regulations.
