Pros

This place takes pride in one thing and that is creating turnover by firing people to make the Administration look like they are doing something.. 7 DON’s in 5 years, 5 Administrators in 6 years. I just started working here again and I don’t even recognize anyone from 4 years ago. It’s awful. Why did i come Back?!

Cons

They tell you they have a great team in place but they are full of lies. Do yourself a favor and apply somewhere else.

Pros

Very excited that our new DON started last week. I finally feel that we have someone we can go to support us and give us some leadership and direction. I'm excited about the new changes...………..

Cons

Staffing has been an issue. I think the new leadership team will help stop the revolving door!
