      Pros

      The partners treat clients and developers fairly. They strive to provide great value to the customers. Bonus structure that rewards employees if the company has been profitable. Developers can gain experience working on the full software stack (database to the front end and everything in between) and life-cycle.

      Cons

      Sometimes developers have to work with older technologies for certain projects which have a lot of legacy code. It can be difficult to convince the client that upgrading the development stack is worthwhile - many times we just have to keep adding new features using older architectures instead.
