      Pros

      Quite possibly the best UI design in Knoxville No dead weight (team members are capable individuals) Low turnover Change is glacial (allows you to stay focused on your customer and your project)

      Cons

      Fosters an elitist, pampered culture Heavily dependent upon Department of Energy funding No cross-project standards (only exception: all business logic gets put in stored procedures) Change is glacial (frequent partnership stalemates)

      Pros

      Infinite snacks, pretty competitive pay for the area. Profit sharing. Overtime benefits (though there's no expectation that you'll work overtime unless you want to).

      Cons

      Not enough structure to code review and submission leads to inconsistent coding standards, which can be frustrating. I think the company tends to bow too much to the customer's demands and sacrifice short term results for long term maintainability.
