Pros

Cadwell was always a very flexible place to work and really cared about their employees. They give constructive feedback and helped advanced me in my role so I would not stay stagnate. It was a great place to work and if I did not have to move I would like to still be working for them.

Cons

The only thing negative is I would have liked to have worked M-Th and my role was a locked in at M-F.
