Pros
Family atmosphere. The majority of employees genuinely care about helping our customers to help others. Great company culture. Upper management is always open to feedback from employees and they strive to continuously improve the employee experience. Great benefits. Quarterly bonuses. Paid sick time on top of accrued paid time off.
Cons
Growing pains. All departments would benefit from additional staffing, however, the physical size of the building is currently inhibiting Cadwell's ability to meet the staffing requirements necessary to handle the rate of growth and expansion it continues to see each year.
