Capital-constrained environment means that groups are consistently understaffed and low on resources, to a point that is not sustainable. High turnover in intellectual-capital positions. Fragmented communication throughout the company.

The money is decent. Fun people to work with. Hours were pretty decent. They give plenty of breaks whenever needed.

Cons

Horrible Management. They like to hire in the young guns who know nothing about the current business. The industry is really dying out.
