      Pros

      I had some of the best fun ever dealing before Harrahs took over. Good pay. Benefits were good when I started.

      Cons

      Constant meetings. Shift changes every 6 months. You get threatened with firing for one less than perfect customer assessment. Decreasing benefits.

      Pros

      They provide a reasonable paycheck and my work environment is good.

      Cons

      The company has lost all credablility with its employees and senior managment continues to believe that it can continue to keep rolling over its employees with its constant cutbacks. The fact that the company was forced to change its brand image from Harrah's Entertainment to Caesar's Entertainment says it all.
