It is a strong player in the Casino and Resort industry and you have a lot opportunities to learn there. Life is balanced and people are friendly in general.

Cons

More training to employees. And the communication can be better to inspire ideas, passion, etc. Hope to have more projects which can help Harrah's grow and the employees grow as well.

It really is physically easy work for the money. Commissions are nice when they are finally paid a month later. Most people there are cool to work with.

Cons

You are rarely in the know. You may get let go if you don't sell even though you may not be getting out even ONCE a day. Management does play favorites. Too much downtime. Mentally draining and always having to wear a tie even though we are selling fun and vacations!
