      Pros

      Lots of opportunity. Diversity of team. Constantly expanding and looks to promote from within based on merit.

      Cons

      The economic downturn has really stretched the company to eliminate many positions and stretch current employees very thin. Several key executive level turnovers recently.

      If you know the right people, you can go places. It works the other way as well. Strong in marketing, finance and analytics.

      Very person dependent culture that does not promote meritocracy, vast differences between management layers, workers are often unhappy and jump to competitors
