Cons

Horrible schedule at Harrahs casino in valley center. Work environment - extremely hot and or cold, constant cigarette exposure if inside. Very physical work depending on position and it isn’t distributed evenly because mgmt doesn’t do anything about bad employees slacking. Management - They let bad and lazy employees stay around because they need people badly. Gaming commission - several hassles. Many things become annoying about working here simply because it’s on a reservation and nothing is quick or easy. They make you pay $150 to get a license to work there, and if they misplace one of YOUR checks, they make YOU pay $7.50 to get another copy. Scandalous. Pay - tips are taxed heavily, low base pay too. Clientele Extremely unpleasant
