      The work environment is unsafe. Safety rules and expectations are given then discarded once performances start. Security are unresponsive and dismissive of dangerous situations. Management does not pay attention to employees when we point out attendees that are not following rules. Training and more communication are needed. The environment is negative. Workers and attendees have gotten hurt.
