Work with excellent management who will listen to your concerns and come up with solutions fast! New Construction Project adds great excitement and anticipation for the location! Tips usually put your hourly $7.00/hr position up to an average $17/hr! $30,0000/yr

Cons

Work with coworkers who have been there too long and complain about everything. New Construction causes guests complains and requires flexibility of team members. (negative impact on all areas of revenue for company where most front line positions are tipped this has a major effect. ) Tips have declined due to construction obstructions and $7/hr is not a sweet deal in anyone's book. Hotel management has both too much leadership(positions/people) and not enough leadership (quality/integrity) *Not all bad; just not very good

Great experience with great people. Aced the running test. They liked me so much the put me in VIP position

Cons

Las Vegas heat. We had to work traffic control before being considered for the running test. I did that about a year before being considered
