      -Great team of like minded individuals -Position is hybrid

      Cons

      -Micromanaging is the only type of management here. -General bullying by management because monthly or quarterly results do not align with the bigger picture. -Very evident that management has the mentality of "dime a dozen" in terms of finding another employee. -Zero career development, growth, or even interest in you as an employee or person. -Teams recognize that something is broken or needs adjustment, so management simply decides to spend more money on other software and tools.
