Good money, bad management

Pros

Salary is decent and competitive with minimum experience. Allows you to move up quickly.

Cons

Management played favorites and took advantage of the good workers. Did all the work while coworkers beneath me got it easy being friends with upper Management. Have to work holidays with no holiday pay. Overnight hours were difficult and stuck working 3 shifts in one day when other employees don't show.

Pros

Co workers were great and worked as a team. Managers worked with you as best as they could to make improvements to menu offerings.

Cons

Caesars took very little to no care in improving the "behind the scenes" infrastructure of the building (e.g. leaks, pipe burst, flooding of the hallways at times in employee hallways).

Pros

I started as an intern while in college and then moved into a full-time role. Working for Caesars Entertainment opened SO many doors for me at an early age. I worked long hours for a very entry-level salary, but I made tons of connections and got exposure to multiple areas of the entertainment industry. 8 years later I can look back and see so much of what built my career started during my intern time at Caesars.

Cons

Long hours and low pay when you're an entry-level employee. At the time, it was difficult to promote as well. That may have changed since 2016.
