Pros

Decent pay but that’s about it

Cons

High turn over. There’s a lot of finger pointing, no accountability. Unnecessarily stressful environment. There’s a lot of steps for what should be simple task. Onboarding for new hires is a joke. “Processes and policies” make no sense but you can’t voice that or you’ll be told “that’s what it is, you gotta deal with it. More people want to quit than stay. List could really go on for days

Non-management crew is top notch Production workers try their hardest to do what is requested of them, sometimes to the detriment of their safety though

Cons

Constant leadership turnover Top plant leadership believes that everyone beside himself is always wrong No respect for employees from management Focus on production numbers with a complete disregard for safety No upward mobility unless you are a "yes man" for the top plant leadership Lack of raises unless you complain that someone else, usually a "buddy" of a manager, received a raise
