Pros
Caesarstone was a company that felt like home. They appreciated and took care of their employees. This has since changed and is a feeling long-gone. So are many of the tenured, long-standing employees.
Cons
This company lost the family feel from when I started working at Caesarstone. The values were lost in the last year I was there. They stopped caring about their employees, so much so that they did not care to celebrate accomplishments, hard work and dedication, as had been done year after year at the year end celebrations. Sad to see what was happening at the company that was considered "home" to me for so long.
