Product and brand is great. US organization has aggressive but realistic and achievable growth strategy. Strong and experienced US leadership team. Work environment is collaborative and team-oriented.

Cons

Product/inventory availability constrains growth. Struggling to change internal culture ("old" vs. "new"). Inept corporate (parent company) leadership focused on the wrong priorities and demonstrates fundamental lack of understanding of US market; creating unnecessary frustration and diminishing effectiveness of regional organization.

Great place to learn new things and expand and hone your skills. Lots of room to make a positive impact. Working for and with international colleagues. If you're looking for a place to grow the potential is here

Cons

New plant with some growing pains. Some young, inexperienced staff with limited guidance. If you're not detail oriented or can't learn and adapt to changes , you'll struggle here

Top brand in the industry above average pay diverse staff good benefits marketing group is top notch

Cons

middle management does not have proper experience in the industry employee turnover is high in certain departments which is a direct result of employee mis-management high pressure but no direction too much focus on reports and not enough on the customer
