Loved some people on the team. Flexibility was great. Overall great industry to be in.

Cons

The “seniors “ liked to passively aggressively put new blood in their place because of their own insecurities. Some people didn’t actually work but claimed to do so much.

Pros

You get work life balance here. I love this company it’s a great place. You really help create the environment you want to work in. People are amazing such talented people and they really do our safety and people first!

Cons

Rather than just Zoom interviews and all I think the executive level managers should visit more of the sites because every location is unique. This way they can understand the challenges or success each location has.
