Absolutely avoid this company ! Profit before People resulting in a Toxic culture & environment. Misaligned senior management with lack of clear executional direction with unrealistic expectations. People constantly demotivated by the lack of leadership trust and communication process and policies that have not evolved. Strategically short sighted business with inconsistent go to market methods that are reactionary rather than proactive . Have relied on previous brand position and slow almost arrogant to proactively understand the market allowing competitors to gain and advantage
