Customer’s you go see are decent, the product used to be the best, is mid table at best now as all made in china and Asia as closed ISA and Israel sites

Cons

Company took a wrong turn at a point where it could have tackled in house issues. Senior managers, marketing and especially HR and accounts are clueless and have terrible man management skills and all out for themselves, lack of empathy and people skills or emotional intelligence from all senior management

Incompetent management who hire unskilled, incompetent managers. HR is a classic. Opinionated rather knowledgeable and experienced.

Don't practice the values they preach. Lies about the training you will be getting and then throws everything at you in a matter of days expecting you to perform like a fully trained employee.
