Pros

Great place to learn new things and expand and hone your skills. Lots of room to make a positive impact. Working for and with international colleagues. If you're looking for a place to grow the potential is here

Cons

New plant with some growing pains. Some young, inexperienced staff with limited guidance. If you're not detail oriented or can't learn and adapt to changes , you'll struggle here

Pros

Other than the extremely hard working and underappreciated/disrespected ops and HQ team, there are no pros which is why i had to leave. After years of promising it will get better, while strangling my ability to make it better, you find yourself just spinning wheels and constantly changing direction due to poor leadership and decision making.

Cons

An abusive sales team nurtured by management. Basically, if you can sell, you can get away with degrading people and constant disrespect. I have even seen these horrible people promoted and even moved to different departments rather than addressing the issue. They set unobtainable bonus criteria for both sales and ops, which forces sales to fall into the abusive attitudes their leaders have created and pits sales and ops against each other, all while they say they need to build that relationship. Basically, they preach positive while practicing negativity which promotes a harsh work environment and kills morale. The pressure on the warehouse team is ridiculous since they are all running lean crews with inadequate equipment for what they are doing. For instance, they are moving bundles with homemade fork extensions and slings instead of marble handler attachments. This increases the potential for accident extremely while making an, otherwise simple process, into an hours long scenario that was never budgeted or provided the appropriate manpower for. Its just scary to think about and i couldn't stand around and be a part of it anymore. There are many more, but these were the most important Cons to me and my time there.

Pros

Company car and all expenses covered allowing you to hit the road without worry.

Cons

They micromanage their micromanagement. There is attention to detail and then there is Caesarstone. You have no flexibility. They want you on the road all day every day and doing mountains of sales logix and reports while you are at home.
