Good product, recognizable brand, decent salary, company car. If you're just employed to collect a paycheck, this is for you. If you actually care about customers and have a great work ethic, they will drive you insane.

Cons

Logistics are horrible, inventory availability is irritating, procedures and software are outdated, And management...ha! Senior management is lost. Completely out of touch with the US market (they're based in Israel), US upper management is out of touch with the teams on the field, and regional management is completely clueless and unprofesional.
