Pros
This place used to be a good place to work for. I really enjoyed seeing people and working and going home. Numbers seems to be the only thing on their minds.
Cons
Communication sucks with upper management. We never really know what is going on. Certain lines are understaffed and when you point that out they say,” well we’re running lean”. So with the same amount of people and time they want you to put out more numbers. We used to feel like we were appreciated, but when your told things like that you feel defeated and definitely not cared about.
