Leading/supporting kids and young adults in their daily lives towards positive responses and outcomes.

Cons

Managers and administration will grind you down until you’re a shell of a person and not think twice. Rules and standards shift daily to generate desired outcomes. Never in favor of you, the staff. Extremely high turnover rate.
