Pros

Cal-Maine has a relatively laid back atmosphere. Everyone has a job to do, and mostly, everyone tries to have a good time while doing it. Benefits are good, medical, dental, life insurance, holiday pay etc. Very family oriented, great management. Locally and upper.

Cons

Early and often long hours. But it is what you make of it.
