The ONLY pro was that we were out by 1:30 P.M

Cons

No breaks, would have to work 24 hour shift if they said so, supervisor would pull the ladies off the toilet if they took too long. They discriminate against men/ unattractive females

No room for upward mobility, unfair pay if you aren’t in the good ol’ boys club, left out of decision making, no protection for maternity leave, work life balance doesn’t exist (always be available), required to bring sick children in instead of using available sick time, constantly given extra work without compensation, always micromanaging.
