weekly paychecks and unlimited hours

Cons

-Very low hourly pay. -No overtime pay due to "farm labor". -Won't provide extra help when you're overwhelmed. -Automatically deducts lunch time but never affords time for lunch and will often work 16 hours straight with no breaks or lunch. -Supervisor spends too much time flirting with the women working there -No pay raise after promising it. even after fighting with them about it
