8yThank you for sharing your opinion on areas for improvement. We recently made changes to our pay scale and are always looking for ways to add to our employee’s overall compensation with additional benefits. Recently we introduced new behavior technician levels to help staff grow with the company. Our new standards will also ensure that each team member is qualified for the position before advancement. We are committed to providing the highest level of treatment for our kids. To do so, we have made large investments in technology, training, and infrastructure to make sure that each therapy session is operating at the highest level possible.
