Move up in the company fairly quickly, gets to work with kids, gets that experience in leadership

Cons

Should get paid more because if dealing with behaviors and other things, if we get a lot of people working not enough hours for everyone to work a decent shift,

Pros

Working with the children was always the best part. Your teammates are very supportive and your supervisors do try their best to help you when they can. The training program for RBTs is very good and gets them involved hands on for experience.

Cons

The high staff turnover rate is completely demoralizing, most RBTs don't last a year. Part of that is definitely because of the poor pay. There are other center-based ABA clinics in the area that pay more. Communication for important things is often not there and it causes severe issues in consistency. In the months before I left the company began to really start micromanaging their RBTs excessively.
