      Pros

      There are a number of things that I love about working at California Closets. The franchise owner was the reason I came on board to begin with, his vision and business acumen set him far above any boss I've ever worked for. The creative aspects of the job are great. The ability to set my own hours makes me feel like I have a lot of control with my success. The product is awesome. The entire team is very supportive and cares about each other.

      Cons

      There are a lot of processes that can feel overwhelming at times. I work a lot of hours (but that's my fault LOL).
