      Pros

      Working for a reputable nationally well known company. Franchise has support from corporate offices. Very nice staff at local office.

      Cons

      Management favors designers. If you fall out of that category then you are treated differently and not as valued. Working 10 + hour days are the norm. Out of closet companies to work for this is the best out of all the bad. I expected a higher caliber of people and a true team environment going into this for a nationally recognized company.

      So far, I have no cons to report. I have had a really positive experience working for California Closets. The only con I can say is that my long term career goals are not in the interior design field.
