Good training program for design consultants. Management really helped to develop the design consultants.

Cons

Not many cons - flexible job which is nice if you have kids.

opporutnity to earn decent money on commission but you need to work a minimum of 60+ hours per week, including weekends

Cons

product is very overpriced - difficult to sell - no territories - had to drive for hours to appointments -no compensation whatsover for fuel costs or vehicle wear and tear - poor company morale - management at this franchise was very misleading about the job
