      You control your schedule but they demand full availability

      Cons

      You are responsible for everything even mistakes cost you-literally. They take it off your cheque. Head of installation doesn’t even follow or deliver what corporate is teaching the designers. Then it’s at the designer’s cost. Be ready to lie about quality of service.

      I’ve been here almost 20 years and the current owners have invested in me, believed in me and helped pull out the best in me. They are one of a kind bosses and I’m thankful for all the growth from being with California Closets! -Schedule has lots of flexibility within parameters. -Creative work environment. - Tons of resources and great tools to enhance your success rate. - You can make great money, if you’re driven and willing to work for it.

      Cons

      I’m very go with the flow so there’s not much of a down side. Turn around time from sale to install can take a while if you have special orders and because the company remains pretty busy there’s not as much wiggle room to install sooner. Management works really hard to try though.
