      This could be the best job but it's not

      Pros

      CC has a very strong level of designer camaraderie.

      Cons

      Everything else. Big divide between management and designers. Never a straight answer about pay whether it be bonuses or expenses. Find every reason to deduct your pay from completed jobs. Executives/ owner look out for themselves and their circle.

      Challenging Position but satisfying

      Pros

      This position was a challenging one but was just as rewarding. I got to be a part of changing the way things were done within the company and making large scale improvements.

      Cons

      There was no formal training or even clear definition of my position as I was told several times that my position was a new one for the company and it was a "figure it out as we need it" role.
