Best Job I've Ever Had

Pros

Positive atmosphere. Owner and Managers are amazing. They follow through with an open-door policy. When issues arise, they're understanding and instead of placing blame (like most employers) they jump right in to help fix the situation. Annual raises and company-wide appreciation parties. Management is always saying thank you and showing they value their team members.

Cons

Training on-the-job can be a bit stressful at times, when it gets busy. But Managers are always willing to walk you through it.
