I have never worked for a company that takes such good care of their employees, they really want to see you succeed and have your backs on every turn! There are amazing benefits, the most helpful and supportive co-workers, and managers who go out of their way to answer questions and teach you how to succeed and grow. The job is FUN, FLEXIBLE, and CREATIVE. You get to design for so many wonderful families and people. In the end you are the one being fulfilled by seeing the how thankful these people are. If I could rate this company 1-10, I give it a 12!!!

Cons

Hard to think of a con, but you have to be good at self time management and staying organized, key to being successful here!!

California Closets truly is the industry leader when it comes to on trend product offerings and top notch quality and customer service. I enjoy the flexibility, creativity, and support I get from working for this company. Every year I look forward to seeing what's next.
