Our company culture, we really believe in our brand and our team. Great leadership, always feel heard and my opinion is taken into consideration. Challenging work and room to grow.

Cons

Holding members accountable for their actions, while that is improving it needs more attention. We need to be able to find route causes to our challenges. Keeping on employees who may have plutoed and can no longer grow or excel to better themselves or the business.
