Location Some staff are cool Starting pay is “alright”

Cons

This company mains focus is how they “take care of their employees”. NOT TRUE. they got people coughing and sneezing in the contact center and they do not care. A whole pandemic and they passed out the smallest hand sanitizer you can think of. 2.5 billion in assets. Additionally there is no manager support. The supervisors are still learning so their supervision is limited and the head managers are arrogant, rude and condescending.

This company really cares about it's employees. Member-facing staff is always extremely kind and management exceptionally trains their staff tailored for every unique group of members at each branch. Great benefits and thorough training.
