High turn over rate , even though you serve tables people don’t tip because they order at a cashier.

Super friendly Coworkers and Managers. 50% discount on food. Chill. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Majority of tips earned are through card. Barely any cash tips because there aren't tip jars at the registers. Only bussers get the cash from the tables and if they feel generous, they will share with the cashiers.
