Awesome place to work and build a great career! The organization is very diverse and caters greatly towards personal and professional development. Great pay and total compensation.

Cons

There were a lot of changes going on at the organization. Good changes. But the implementation phase took a great deal of time.

Pros

CAISO has a fantastic campus, and the staff are all incredibly friendly. Working in the energy market environment keeps things very hands on and always fluctuating to keep all systems up and running.

Cons

Can be a dead end job as there isn't a lot of upward movement in some positions. A lot of work is pushed from team to team before someone actually does something
