Awesome leadership - from CEO to VPs. Change in culture that CEO is striving for is leading the co into not only top places to work in CA, but top places to work in the country!!

Cons

A few bad apples (entitlement issues - egos) still to be delt with. Goes hand in hand with one or two silos still standing.
