Pros

Lots of in-house experience, deep breadth of knowledge in all things market, power systems, operations. Tons of smiling faces.

Cons

Plodding pace of work, bureaucracy is a bit stifling. Average age of the company is 47, this may be a pro if that's something you look for, but as someone entering the workforce, this took some getting used to.
