Amazing benefits, best I have ever seen. Upward mobility is fast.

Pros

benefits are what brings you into the capitol. If you have a family, just the benefits alone takes a major burden off a family budget. You also get a lot of perks and fun little activities throughout the year either from capitol sponsored events or industry events that come to the capitol.

Cons

Unless you are Chief of Staff or consultants your actual paycheck is horrible, but the benefits more than make up for it. Everyone who works in the bldg thinks they are big fish in a VERY small pond! If you peaked in high school and want that same mean girl/all star jock cliques from that time period, then the Capitol is perfect for you.
