      -Great benefits: Wellness reimbursement, unlimited PTO, sick days, Work from anywhere, and many other perks! -Tech DevOps environment, very agile and transparent work flow -Career growth opportunities -ERG and affinity groups with really cool activities -LGBTQ+ friendly (safe) space

      Cons

      -I personally struggle with the remote office situation because this is my 1st time 100% remote, but once you get a hang of it it's really convenient!
