      No work/life balance. They own you when you work for Calix. .

      Pros

      Good atmosphere! Potential to grow is great. Helpful co workers. Good amount of knowledge can be gained. Happy to work here

      Cons

      Can do better especially in terms of revenue..Management must hire only what is required instead of laying off at later stages.
