      People, free sodas/coffee different locations. Great co-workers that share a passion. Badly Management does not care.

      Work/Life Balance....Management. Lack of empowerment at the employee level. Loyalty at the management level

      Pros

      Good environment, free coffee, cola and chance to visit HQ in US (depends on the department). Flexible working time.

      Cons

      Salary is not attractive, comparing to Huawei with the same level. Relationship between CDC and HQ is subtle. IT is not fancy any more. Future is obscure.

      Pros

      Many good employees with good knowledge and work ethics. CEO seems has a good vision.

      Cons

      Too many chiefs such as VPs, yet lack of sound product strategy. Too many small customers that requiring attention but not generating enough revenue. Some poor mid-level managers. Never been been profitable for since IPO so stock has been down to single digit.
