      Only con so far is onboarding is not structured or built into a process yet. It's a bid ad-hoc and depending on what to team you are on can look vastly different than a peers.

      Very good management team with clear industry vision and strong commitment. Very well organized operations serving a loyal customer base and competitive within the US.

      Cons

      Lack of competitiveness in the international field and confident on the "one size fits all" strategy. International operations started late and once started, did not become embodied by the organization.
